    崗位一:行政管理部文書管理崗(1人)

    Administrative Officer

    (一)工作職責

    1、負責公司公文、資料的預處理;

    2、負責接收、下達及跟蹤處理領導指示及落實情況;

    3、負責起草公司綜合性文字材料,包括會議紀要、報告、簡報等;

    4、負責公司會議會務准備工作,參與公司重要活動的組織安排工作;

    (一)工作職責

    1責公司宣傳文案的策劃、采寫、收集、編輯,公司活動圖片拍攝、宣傳資料整理歸檔;

    2、負责公司宣传品的统筹、内容编辑和组织出版,包括报纸、杂志、宣传画册、宣传视频等;

    Job Responsibilities

    -Mainly responsible for planning, interviewing, gathering, writing, editing, photographing and filing the companys communication materials.

    Job Requirements

    Technical manager

    (一)工作職責

    1、了解、跟進航運業有關的政府、船旗國、船級社等主管當局的最新公約、規範,及時指導下屬企業執行;

    2、了解、跟進航運業有關的最新實用技術、科研技改項目。推薦經評估合適的方案給管理層決策;

    3、審核下屬公司新造船、塢修船的工程合約、圖紙、預算表等;

    4、船用物資集中采購談判;

    5、与公司总部相关部門、各下属公司的配合与协调;

    6完成領導交辦的其他工作。

    (二)任職要求

    1、大學本科及以上學曆,船舶輪機管理或相關機械專業,8年以上船舶輪機管理或新造船監造或驗船師經驗;

    2、對船舶行業有較全面的知識結構,或者在某個領域有深入研究;

    3、能熟練使用英文溝通、書寫專業郵件;

    Job Responsibilities

    -Systematic interaction (meetings, dialogues, workshops, presentations) with authorities (Governments, Flag states, Class) to identify the new regulations and implement associated solutions.

    -Understand and stay updated on the current industry development and trends and have overview of projects in other regions. Submit appropriate projects to top management for approval.

    -Review contracts on new building and dry docking projects as well as related drawings and budgets.

    Customer management

    (一)工作職責

    1、按客戶分級管理方案對客戶進行分級管理,跟蹤重點客戶業務合作情況;

    2、參與審定公司年度重點客戶、項目開發計劃,組織、參與跨業務單元大型重點項目、客戶的開發以及績效管控與評估;

    Job Responsibilities

    崗位八:財務部報表管理崗1人)

    Consolidated financial statements

    (一)工作職責

    1、依據會計准則和公司會計制度規定,編制公司合並報表和內部管理報表,按要求向股東單位、外部機構報送、披露相關財務信息,爲管理決策提供財務分析數據。審核、監督、指導下屬公司的報表編制工作,及時處理報表編制中出現的問題;

    2、跟蹤會計准則最新變化,評估對公司的影響並提出專業建議,修訂並完善公司的會計制度體系;

    3、配合維護和完善財務信息系統,定期更新財務報表模板,優化報表編制流程﹐不斷提高報表編制效率;

    4、組織公司及各成員單位的年度財務決算及外部審計工作,進行專業指導和協調,配合集團的外部審計工作;

    5、參與財務管理,審定成員單位重大事項的會計處理,對公司重大投資項目,提供財務、稅務等方面專業建議;

    1、大學本科及以上學曆,財經類專業,3年以上合並報表相關經驗;

    Job Responsibilities:

    -Prepare group management and statutory financial statements on timely basis, be responsible for financial data and disclosure to stakeholders and external institutions as required for decision-making, supervise and review the preparation of the reports of subsidiaries.

    -Organize group annual financial reporting and cooperate with external auditors about annual audit.

    -Interpret and implement the latest PRC GAAP and provide timely technical support to subsidiary companies, maintain proper accounting policies.

    -Assist in maintaining financial information system, regularly update the financial statement template.

    -Prepare the accounting memos to analyze the complicated or unusual transactions in accordance with PRC GAAP.

    -Prepare supporting materials for the Audit Committee and Board of Directors.

    -Other duties include review of the Annual Report, other stock exchange filings as needed, and develop and mentor all direct reports.

    - Bachelor degree or above, major in finance and economics, graduate with HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent professional qualifications. minimum 3 years of experience in consolidation.

    -Solid understanding of PRC & HK GAAP exposure.

    崗位九:財務部財務管理崗1人)

    Accountant-Financial management

    (一)工作職責

    1、制定、修訂公司的財務管理制度及相關規定辦法,督導下屬公司實施;

    2、負责编制公司月度、季度、年度财务分析和专题分析报告。負责财务管理专题研究,定期分析公司财务状况,提出存在问题及解决方案,供决策参考;

    3、負责完善公司的财务模型,定期调整和修订财务滚动规划,督导下属公司完善财务模型。負责公司年度财务预算的编制和上报,监督控制预算执行情况,对预算执行情况进行分析,评价预算执行结果。負责对接集团KPI指標設定及業績考核,參與下屬公司KPI指標設定及考核;

    4、負责建立完善公司的财务对标体系,收集和整理行业数据,定期优化指标体系和分析方法。对各下属公司进行对标分析;

    5、負责管理下属公司财务工作,督促及考核;

    6、參與公司重大兼並重組項目,提供財務、産權、稅務等方面意見建議;

    (二)任職要求

    1、大學本科及以上學曆,財經類專業,5年以上財務管理和分析經驗;

    2、精通中國及香港會計准則及相關的法規、政策,具有良好的財務管理能力、學習能力和分析研判能力;

    Job Responsibilities:

    -Assist in the establishment and continuing improvement of accounting policies and procedures.
